Default 94 F150 4.9 sudden terrible idle

Ford friends, I started my 94 F150 Tuesday, and I thought the motor was going to shake right out of the truck. The Idle was, well unbelievable, and I have never heard my K&N filter drawing that much air. So, I looked at the major 3.Replaced MAP sensor, IAC valve, and just now TPS. A little better but still hammered ****. Son bringing home fuel filter. Any Ideas????
TY

Sometimes my lite comes on upstairs, most of the time its pretty dark up there !
You didn't say how it runs at higher RPM.
If it smooths out at a higher RPM , I would suspect a vacuum leak.
If it stumbles much the same , water in the fuel?
If it was in a very damp wet location , check under the dist cap for moisture.

There is always the possibility it has jumped a tooth with timing.
