Try changing fuel filter and running Sea Foam in the gas tank.

If that doesn't work, try spraying something like carb cleaner around the gaskets for the upper and lower intake while the engine is warm and idling. Listen for a change in idle; if there is a change in idle you need to replace the gasket in question.

Let us know if neither of these work.

I would double check that you put the plug wires on in the right firing order too! I put new headers on, and the same exact thing was happening to me. I checked the fireing order and found that i had switched the #2 and #3 plug wires. It was a simple fix, and a hell of alot cheaper than a head gasket change!

It sounded to me like it was doing this before and after the tune-up, but that is a good point.

It should be the first step if it did it only after the tune-up.

its in the gas tank. It is kinda a pain because of Fords "famous" fuel line connections! LOL. It's not really hard at all, but does require the special fuel line disconnecting tools witch you should be able to get at any parts store. Good luck with that.

Update:Someone on the jacobson/ford Yahoo site provided me with some belt numbers. I took those and found one that works great. 5L670I think one inch shorter 5L660 would work also.I just tried it in the back yard and it really tears it up. _______=== XRumer 5.0 Palladium RULEZ! ===
