Default 95 F150 Can't get it to Start

Ok guys, Im stuck between a rock and a hard place. I have a 1995 F150 with inline 6. The truck has about 235,000 miles on it and I have to say it has seen better days. Everything has been perfect with the truck until about a month ago. I got up to go to work and the truck wouldn't start. It turned over and over but just didnt get any fire, but finally started after about 30 mins. I proceeded to start a diag on it and started replacing parts as I went, trying to figure it out. I start with plugs, wires, cap, rotor and coil, no luck. So then I tried fuel pressure regulator and ignition switch, still nothing. So then I tried fuel pump and filter, still nothing good. I can get it to start sometimes but its not a reliable task. If anyone has any insite on this issue please let me know. The only thing i can think it would be is timing but I'm not sure.

that is really puzzling situation. maybe you should check and see if it has good gas in it. maybe you got water or something in the tank. otherwise i think that its time to retire the truck.

Did you take the igntion module off and have it tested? My old Mark7 did about the samething had module checked found it to be bad ,put on a new one fixed the problem. Advance Auto,Autozone, and other parts dealers should be able to test it.
