Hello everyone! I have a 98 f150 xlt with the 4.6l engine, I am having some electrical problems and could use some input. The radio will work randomly, the cruise control and horn do not work but the buttons are illuminated, and the 4x4 will not engage. I checked all fuses and relays, the battery tested fine, and the 4x4 shifts just fine. Are the problems related? If so, any ideas? Thanks everyone!

 

If the 4x4 does actually go into 4WD , does the front driveshaft rotate?
If yes, problem is with the hubs up front. Do you hear any vacuum noise when calling for 4WD ?
