brake problem

Default brake problem

hi there i have a freind with a 2003 ford f-150 harley davidson edition and while driving home last nite his bottom bolt on the caliper broke off and caused all the brakes on that side to mess up has anyone had that happen and what caused it now everything was tight when the new brake pads where put on all tightned up and was done more then a week ago and then all of a sudden this happens can someone please help me out and explain if this is common or what exactly has caused this now what is damaged from the sight is rotor caliper pads and it looks like a brake line was damaged but not sure since there was fluid dripping out on the ground

Would'nt have suspected so much damage from on e bolt broken or missing. Would have thought wheel would have stopped it from dislodging.
