I'm hopeful someone can help me out with my issue because it is VERY annoying & I have to have cruise control. My dealer was unable to find the problem & so far, I can't talk them into contacting Ford for help.

Both the regular cruise control & the adaptive cruise control only work part of the time. I took a long trip a couple weeks ago & it only worked about 20% of the time.

I did some research online & it appears other are also having the same issue. But the only fix I could find was to stop, turn the truck off & then drive again. That works some of the times but who wants to keep stopping on the freeway just to turn their vehicle off? Not fun!!

Sometimes it won't work from the very beginning. Other times it will work & then just stop operating while I'm driving.

This truck is a 2022 Ford F-150 3.5L Powerboost Hybrid model.

It may come down to you considering a different dealership or a shop with someone with a good understanding of electricity.

The tests usually include checking power to and from components that make up the system.
