Default DIES only restarts after 2 hours

96 F150 straight 6 injected, auto

Every couple days at different times in different conditions the engine just dies like someone shut off the key, only they didn't. I coast to side of the road, but the truck will not restart. Once it sits for a couple hours it fires right up and runs fine. I have changed both Oxy sensors, the temp sensor, the fuel pump relay, plugs, wires, rotor, dist. cap. Still does the same thing. The really odd thing is there are no codes.

I had a friend hook up his Snap-on portable diagnoitic unit. He road shotgun checking the truck as I drove. Even when it died, nothing came up?

I remember my old 57 Chevy would act that way when it flooded, but how would a FI motor flood while driving? IF that is what it is doing?

I would appreciate any and all suggestions.
JJ

Did it still have a good spark when it dies?
