Can not get this code to go away po345...any ideas...truck runs very bad

 

You don't really provide enough info, but I have heard of certain engines having a problem regarding the variable valve timing. This might have happened when you last shut the engine down and the problem appeared on the next restart. Just speculating and sometimes it is not worth very much with insufficient info. Good chance bank 2 may have jumped a tooth on the chain for that bank.
