Default Electrical components don't work

2003 Ford F150 SuperCew - This just started happening. After I start my truck, none of the electical compenents work. On the dashboard, the only two items that lightup are the left/right signal and the highbeam signal. These signals are constantlyon and do not go away. The headlights, cruise controland radio are about the only things that work. I can't use my turn signals, air, dome lights, power lock and windows, When I try to turn anythingon, I hear a buzzing sound. The truck starts upand runs great. Any ideas?

I checked all relays and fuse. All looked good. When trying to figure out where the buzzing sound came from, everthing suddenly worked. Thereappears to be a short somewhere between the driver and passenger on the floor.
