Default Endurance engine

Hey everyone,
I may need to replace the engine in my 96' f150 soon. Its a 5.0 I was looking online at advanced auto for rebuilt engines and they have 2 listed. 1 regular 5.0 and one that says "High endurance". What is the difference?

Its got a little over 300K miles and is starting to develop a slight knock on start-up....its almost time to put that engine to rest and get a new one.

it might be better to have that one rebuilt that way you're not going to get something that won't give more trouble than it's worth
