Engine Fan
Have a 2018 F150 Lariat with the 3.5 Eco boost. The last couple of months the fan on the motor seems to always be running at high speed. When you slow down at a stop sign you can hear inside the cab. My temp gauges doesn't indicate it hot. Any thoughts of what is going on?
You should check if only one fan is running.
You should check for voltage at the connector for whatever fan is not running.
I would assume one is not running and you should check the wiring harness for damage to that particular fan.

240 is on the hot side and the fans should be running at the temp .The cooling system should be able to maintain an operating temperature at no higher than 220. Anything above is excessive in my opinion. I would use an IR thermometer and also connect a scan tool showing live data to actually see what temperature your engine is running at.

The Ford dealership said it was running hot because the radiator was leaking, which it was. However we replaced the radiator and the temp gauge still gets up to 235+ most of the time. What would be causing the engine to run so hot all the time?
