Has anyone ever done an engine swap from a modular 4.6 to a non modular engine like a 351W or even a big block ?

 

A lot will depend on the year of your vehicle if it has a PCM, TCM and if you want to eliminate all computer controlled items. How will this affect any state inspection/emission requirements where you reside? Are you planning to also utilize an older transmission?
