F-150 rear widow leak / slider type

My rear widow has ben leaking for many years but since it was not under the car port - wow - its bad It is a slider type will it come out easy ? and can sealant fix it or a whole new gasket ?

If you have a 3rd brake light, check it to see if it is leaking through there. If it is the window, there are a few tricks to removing it. A web search should give you details. Try here there are 2 videos.
