I'm trying to order a new driver side mirror for my 2010 F150 but I can't figure out why part number 9L3Z-17683-BBPTM is significantly more than part number 9L3Z-17683-CB? I know it says that the CB one comes in black and the other comes primer. My truck is tuxedo black. Since it's already black couldn't I order the less expensive one until I could get the cap painted? Thanks

 

The cb should be a black texture and bbptm is a paint to match mirror. The bbptm when ordered in is a black primer that needs painted to color.
