Cool F150 vent valve issue

I have a 2004 F150 that refuses to start in the mornings but once it heats up in the day, it will start. Then again when the sun goes down...nothing. The engine light is on and the code refers to the vent valve or wiring associated with it. I bought and replaced the vent valve and checked the wiring the best I could. I am still having the same problem. Anyone have any suggestions other than the old hag doesnt like early mornings or late nights?

What is the exact code number that is being displayed? With the exact code number, we may be able to help more. There is a slim possibility the coolant temperature sensor is the cause of the no start. But we need the code number to help more.
