is the vibration transferred into the steering wheel, brake pedal or floor/seat/vehicle body?

I don’t feel it in the brake pedal or the steering wheel but it is definitely shaking the body it shook the muffler so bad that it knocked the weight in the middle off

Is the feeling similar to Jeep's death wobble?

No it isn’t related to hitting a bump and I don’t have to slow down to make it stop it happens when I am decelerating or braking it helped a little bit if I press the gas and Rev it up in between pressing the break pedal
