Default F150 XLT 4x4 coolant leak

I've had a very small coolant leak for about a week which I intended to fix today. However yesterday morning my truck decided to dump all the coolant (overnight sometime presumably) except for enough to get me about a mile down the road before overheating.

Today I looked and I cannot find the leak. The radiator hoses are good, the water pump is OK and I believe so are the heater hoses.

When I first started it this morning after filling it with water to test, it leaked a lot coming down onto the ground on the driver side just at the firewall.

After letting it sit for about twenty minutes I started it up and it didn't leak this time until the thermostat kicked in. So I've ruled out the water pump. I also checked my oil and it's not milky so I don't believe I've blown a head gasket.

I cannot find the source of the leak.

Thanks for any help
