Fault warnings knock out windows, heater, console controls
Hey all! Hope someone can help. This has been an ongoing problem for the last year. Feels like the dealership has had my truck as much as I have. The last time in they had it for 3 months, we've had it back for a month and same issues again. I'm at my wits end.
Truck is a 2018 Ford F-150 Lariat crewcab with a 3.5 engine. The issue is faults that continue to go off causing systems to go out...blind spot indicator, power windows, heating and air, controls on consol. Right now the faults that are going off are restraints inducator lamp warning, blind spot detection with cross traffic and tire pressure monitor system warning.
Any ideas?

Your dealer tech should consider connecting a scope to the CAN lines and figuring out which one is triggering the faults..
Oh ! wait a moment, they probably dont have a scope but rely on the scanner to deliver codes..
