my 95 f250 5.8 front tank spits fuel out of cap when im using rear tank AND the front tank is empty????????

 

There is a shuttle valve in each tank's hi pressure fuel pump. When the valve sticks open, it allows the returned fuel to go to the wrong tank. To correct this condition in your vehicle the front tank fuel pump needs to be replaced.
