Default Fuse? Bulbs out? Help?!?

We had a cold snap a week ago, had to have the local AA come out to jump the truck. I think the battery is starting to go. Anyways, since then the left side lights (turn signal front and back, break lights) have been out. The head light works as does the mirror signal. But the mirror turn signal as well as the turn signal indicator inside the truck goes at double time.

I tried the relay, that is fine. Could the bulbs have blown when it was jumped? Any other ideas before I take it in at $120/hour??

I would start with replacing both the front and rear bulbs since you do have power coming to the mirror light and the indicator works.
