My 2012 Lariat Ecoboost does not show which gear I'm in when I push the tow/haul switch/button. They use to show but now they do not. Does anyone have some suggestions for correction of this issue.

 

I'll answer my own post after more research.

All that is needed to show the gear indicator is to tap the ' + ' on the electronic gear selector located on the shift lever. This turns the numerical dash indicator on or off.
