sorry to bother you guys, though i have a quick question. I have just purchased an 89 F-150, and it is a fuel injected engine. When i start it up, it hesitates and it goes in and out. Now my friends brother said the injecters needed to be cleaned. any input? i would greatly appreciate it. thank you for your time.

If you think fuel injectors are dirty, try running some of the fuel injector cleaner in your gas. It doesn't hurt to do it once in a while anyway.
