Default Head swap

I have a 2003 F-150 with several helicoils in place. The 8th digit in the VIN is a 'W'. I found a 2006 Expedition with the 8th digit in the VIN an 'L'. Can I use the heads from the Expedition on my F-150?

Pretty sure they didn't completely fix the sparkplug hole issue till halfway through 2008 so you could end up in the same place down the road.

I could end up in the same place down the road however it is my intentions to take the Expedition heads to a machine shop and fix the spark plug hole issue permanently, that is if the heads can be used on my F-150. The bore on the pistons is the same but the stroke on the Expedition is about 1-1/2" longer than the F-150. Which leads me to think it might be possible to use the Expedition heads on my F-150. I don't know what the underside of the heads on the Expedition look like so again, does anyone know if this idea is feasible before I take the heads off the Expedition?
