Default Hiring Harness Numbers???

Hey Its me again. So after chasing all those codes on my 98 F150 4.6 it turns out that I probably have a broken intake valve. So In my searches I found another motor and decided just to swap engines instead of going internal.
After driving two hours to get the motor and getting it home we started checking everything. It should be an easy switch, but the new wiring harness code isn't exactly the same as the old.

The old one is F85B12B6379260G
The new one is F75B12B637P260G

They look to be fairly close but I was wondering if any of you guys could tell me? Will it be compatible? Can I change CPU's?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks
