Default idles fine, bogs after rev or in gear

i recently replaced the shift tube in my 93 f150 and now suddenly it backfires and bogs after you put it in gear or give it throttle. it also doesnt rev when you put it in park anymore. ill attach a video

note: normally it is very smooth, bone stock engine. just cat back exhaust

What wires did you disturb or remove to do this job?

Every time I had to replace a shift tube, I found it easier to remove the steering column and do the job on the workbench.then reinstall the column.

It was quick and easy.
What is happening may be a poor connection where the plugs connect if you separated them.

the only wires i had to mess with, was the wires that run to the button the end of the shifter (the overdrive toggle) i checked and double checked that i had plugged that connector back in. and i did
