Default intalling alarm can't get doors to lock/unlock

I'm installing a commando model RS-560 alram system on my 95 f-150, and the door's will not lock/unlock using the remote keyless entery. however they will work using the door swicth. The alarm system requires 2 5 pin relays and also has a 3 pin door lock connector with blue and green wire( blue unlock/green lock). i have connected the relays and the 3 pin connector as stated in the installation manual, but it still will not work. dose a 95 f-150 have a positive or negative door pins? I have the system set up now for a positive door pin reading from the driver door switch and common wire running to the passanger door switch. Can any one help me please i'm about to give up?
