Default Keypad Question

I just purchased a 2016 F-150 Crewcab XLT Sport, I have found the key code that came with the truck for the keypad on the driver's door, I have tried to use it several times and tried to change the code but it won't work. The keypad does light up
has anyone had this problem?

No...I have tried it several times, I used both keys to get the factory code on the dash and then have tried to reset it on the radio / computer screen and it didn't work..I tried it on my keypad a few times and still nothing, it won't even lock the doors

Heres the factory wiring diagram, connector views and placement on vehicle. Test the wires from the keypad to the BCM. Let us know what you find.
