Default my poor 1990 f150

I have a loud clunk when going from rev to fwd also a new vibration that starts around 45 mph these problems started at the same time. someone please help!

Check your universal joints on the drive shaft.

sorry should have said u-joints r tight

Does it feel like the vibration is in the steering wheel or the floor/butt while driving? It is possible that you lost a wheel weight and your one of your tires is out of balance.
