Hi, my dad has a 97 Ford F-150 with the 4.6 liter V8 Tritan. He changed the oil in it but for some reason can't find the oil filter for it. He looked next to the oil pan where it should be but couldnt find it. Does anyone have any ideas where it would be? I know it wouldnt not have an oil filter cause that would be stupid. Any help would be great. Thanks.

 

On my 98 4.6 it is toward the front bumper on the drivers side.
