My 07 F150 showed code p0016 so I took it apart put new chains guides and tenaioners in it. Put it all together now still has code in it. I swapped vct solenoids from bank 1 to bank 2 to c if code would follow but didn’t. I swapped cam sensors. Still no luck. Idles rough and throws p0016. Any help is appreciated
