performance mods

ok , so im thinking of trying a performance modual that says it will give up to 50 or 60 hp that would be ok however it also says to give UP to 10 more mpg are these things 4 real or am i gettn ready to blow 70 bucks

Some of them are for real. I think if it's only $70 I'd do a little more research...
