Default Advice?

I got a 94 f-150 that is on 79 dana 60 3/4 ton axles. It has a very bad suspension lift that is just bolted on and can not even manuever well, so i went to the junkyard yesterday and found a 91 f250 which is 4x4. I was thinkin on replacing the dana 60 axles with the f250 axles cause there more modern and stuff. Would it be that hard to put them under my f150? And after i would put them f250 axles under it i was thinkin on puttin a 6 inch suspension lift on it...probably skyjacker. It also has a 3inch body lift which i would like to keep and then add the 6 inch to it for a total of 9 inches. What size tires would i be able to put under it when its done? and what do you guys think about my idea???????

Any advice wouod be great! thanks

I'd stick w/ the Dana 60's. Very strong stuff. Get your lift and put it in with the Dana 60's.
