Power Problem

Default Power Problem
94' F-150 302. No power going up grades. 4wd low gear seems to help slightly. Driving on level ground the truck seems fine. I have changed the plug; wires and air filter. Catalytic converter?

Yes the only thing i can think of may be the Catalytic converter.[hr]But could be somthing else.[hr]I would take it to a good mechanic and have the catalytic converter tested.
