Default Pre Collision

I have a 2020 F150 Lariat, with 12,000 miles, which I bought used. The pre collision warning came up on the screen and said it was inactive. I took it to the dealership and they said they just had to reset it. So I thought OK, but it doesn't seem to be working in any aspect. Never a warning light, dinging noise or anything. Can you test this somehow to see if it actually working. As I have gotten behind other vehicles, probably closer than I should have to see if it was working, and Nothing. Looking for help! Thanks

Have you had an opportunity to see what the owner's manual says in regard to what features are available and how to use them?

Assuming the inactive warning no longer comes on the best way I know to test it it so set cruise control at say 50mph then get behind a vehicle going 30 to 40mph and see if your car automatically slows down to match the vehicle going slower in front of you.

Yes I have, I've gone through it and check all the settings and everything. Still no luck.

The "lane change" option is working fine.

Yes - I've done that with the cruise on and with it off and not results.

Going to call Ford back today and get it in to see if there is a bad sensor or something.

Does anybody know if the Ford mechanic has some type of test they can run in the shop to see if the pre collision is working properly?

As it's dangerous to follow someone at higher speeds on the highway to see if its working.

Everything on the screen is set properly and the system still doesn't work.
