Default seat belt problems

In my '92 F150 the seat belt on the drivers side catches way to easy. I know that they are suppost to catch but sometimes i cant even pull it out or reach for the radio. Is there any way to fix this, or are the springs going to explode out??

Thanks

Does your front end of the truck sag?[hr]Cause mine did and I had this problem until I got the spring spacer in the front springs wich leveled the truck out and it does not happen any more.
