Default Should I retire my ride?

I have a 2002 f150 supercrew, needing about $3000 in repairs. I have 434000 kms on it. Engine seems alright, although 02 sensors are shot. Should I get the work done or upgrade? Work doesn't include 02 sensors BTW. Thanks for any advice.

That is quite a bit of driving. Only you know the condition of your vehicle and it's maintenance history. Good routine maintenance pays off in the long run.

Can we ask what were the other expensive repairs required ?
