Default Starting Problem/running problem

I have a 2004 F150 5.4 Liter, just had the cam phasers done. Ran fine for about an hour then it started running really rough. Now I can not get it to keep running, will start for a few seconds then stall and will not start again till the next day. Any ideas of what could be wrong?

It either does not run long enough to throw any codes or there are no codes registering?

Could it be the spark plug wires as I had the spark plugs and coils replaced but not the wires? or a Fuel Filter problem?

when it runs does it smoke? I'm thinking maybe your injectors are either open or closed?

Not that I notice but it really does not run long enough to tell. When it does start and I press the gas pedal it does not feel like it is getting any fuel to keep it going.

Doesn't that engine have coil on plug ignition?

The spark plugs and coils for each plug have been replaced but not the wires

It does sound like there is a problem involving the cam phaser installation or the phasers themselves.
