How do you remove a headrest that has been partially inserted backwards? The "notched" post is in the smooth guide and can't be removed. It appears to be caught on the flat groove that is below the third (last) V notch. The truck is a 2001 Supercrew.

 

lookon side of headrest at plastic spacer and take a safety pin and insert it to the small little hole and lift out your headrest...takes a little bit of effort, but does work trust me
