Default Throttle Body Spacer

I have a 1991 f150 with a 5.8L.That's a little hard on gas.I was wonderingif a Throttle body spacerbe worth bying for mileage and power. What would begood but cheapproduct to give me better milage and power.

K&N air filter, pulleys, replace engine driven fan with electrical fan, exhaust, ect. There are a number of things you can do for power and gas milage.
