I have an 03 f-150 with the 5.4 triton, i was wondering if anybody had done any throttle body upgrades, and if you could change just the throttle body, or would have to change the intake manifold and fuel injector along with it.

Are you running any tune?
Cold air intakes help, as would TB upgrade,,injectors not likely with a mod performance tune. But with more air in, any upgrades to flow on out?
