Too much vacuum

Too much vacuum
My 07 f150 with a 5.4 starts to sqeel after it warms up, I figured out that its got way too much vacuum going into the motor. I'e replaced the heated PCV valve (which isn't a valve at all) on the driver side intake with no change
Any suggestions or ideas?
