Default Towing after heli coil repair kit

Hello all. I own a 2000 F150 V8 Triton with a camper shell and I sometimes tow a smallish 1975 two horse trailer with one horse in it for camping trips. Last week the truck blew out a spark plug and my son's friend used the heli coil kit to repair it. They aren't enthusiastic about me towing my horse trailer anymore. I need other opinions please. I tend to tow very carefully and never very fast. The farthest I've towed is 3.5 hours from Reno NV into the Sierra Nevada mountains via forest service roads. This trip does not comprise any long, steep mountain grades. The spark plug blow out on the freeway during rush hour last week kind of traumatized this pretty tough old Marinemom, so I'm not sure I'll ever want to tow that far from home again. It's very remote and it might be silly of me to try it. I don't know. I'd appreciate some opinions about towing for closer to home trips. If another spark blug blows out and I'm towing my horse trailer I might faint. LOL. THANKS in advance for any thoughts.

Replace the rest of the plugs if they are anywhere near needing it and tighten them down good. This is a known problem at the dealer due to the faulty short thread design, some dealer techs try to be by the book and torque them down even happened to a tech in my shop plugs flying out a week after tune up. I always tighten them down nice and snug with a 1/2 standard length rachet and have never in all my years had a comeback for this issue.
