Default Transmission clunking @ 50 mph

We have noticed when driving at or just above 50 and staying under 55, the transmission clunks a little. Someone said it could be some sort of valve? Any other ideas? Its a 2004 F150 4x4 with about 120k miles.

I know this sounds silly, but have the spark plugs ever been replaced?
