I installed CalVan inserts on cylinders #3 and 8 when my spark plug blow out because the threads were stripped and now my 2000 Ford F-150 is running rough. I have several codes: P0174, P0156, P1131, P1151, P0171, and P0136. Need a little help.

 

It has a 4.6 triton.

 

The first thing you need to do is check for and correct any vacuum leaks including through the PCV system and hoses. Check the entire PCV system ,sometimes it can be in a cracked curved part of a hose elbow or connection..
