Default V6 eco boost
I have a 5.4L v8 and was wondering is the v6 eco boost a good motor in a 2016 f150 lariat or should I get the 5.0L v8? I have seen where the eco boost motor can blow up. So idk what I should get.

If you are going to use it to like,,,,,,,,,,go to church on Sundays , ecoboost.
If you want to work and run with it , IMO , the plain V8 is less troublesome.
