wiper blades and washer fluid both went out

Default wiper blades and washer fluid both went out

Not sure what exactly would cause this problem. ideas?

First thing to check would be circuit protection, then multi function switch..

The fuse was good. and when he operates the column switch the rely control box clicks.

Next check would be the Wiper Control Module..

If your certain the #2 8.25A in the panel is good, then there should be power to the module.. Wiper Module controls the wiper and washer functions commanded by the multi function.

Key in ACC/RUN position, wipers set to HIGH,, check for voltages at the wiper motor connector,, Y/R and W wires. If none present, a quick test of at least the washer function/circuit at the multi function switch would prove out either the switch, or the module...

I would check to see if a squirrel or mouse got in there and chewed the hose and wiring. happened to me.
