Default 05' F350 Radiator/overflow problem

First post. Sorry if this has been covered.
I have an 05 F350 Diesel with 57K. All of sudden the radiator overflow is spewing hot vapors. I assumed it was low on fluid. I topped it off. Later that evening, the same thing happens but the temp gauge inside the dash is normal. Now, instead of hot vapors, a gel-like gew is coming out of the overflow bottle and my motor was shutting down power.
It still sits waiting for answers.
Anyone know what this might be from? Is there a "anti-gel" solution for radiator also, similar to the c-tane for the petroleum diesel fluid?
The truck was towed to a local dealer, since it is still under warranty and I did not want to risk further damage.
Hopefully it's a simple flush or T-stat stuck.
The glue like stuff concerns me, though.
Thanks for any help.

Could be that the EGR cooler is cracked/leaking pressurizing the cooling system, possibly H/gaskets.. Is the coolant blowing out just leaving crusty white deposits, or does it look oil contaminated?
