Default 1959 f350

Hey everyone, I've got a few questions about a really weird truck that I enjoy tinkering with on the farm jusf for fun. I've got a 1959 mercury (ford) m350 and it's a great truck but it has two challenges to it that are making it difficult to work on and get on the road. The first problem is that the tires on the thing are so cracked, they look like live grenades. I'd like to change them but this truck has widow maker rims with a very specific bolt pattern. The second problem that could help me solve the first, is that the rear differential is so low geared, that the truck only gets around 3-6 mag. I'd really like to swap out the diff, but I was wondering if there is a diff that I can get to swap it without having to shorten differentials or anything that would be great! Thanks in advance

Sometimes we get lucky trying salvage yards. Only phone calls, nothing to loose.
