I have a chance to buy a 1984 f350 supercab 4 door. Its pretty rusty but runs good. Is it worth getting.

 

It depends is it safe, the frame solid and the price. It obviously isn't worth much.If the frame is heavily rusted or needs tires, I'd pass on it.I wouldn't pay over $1000 even if its solid.

 

I can get the truck for 1500. I need to crawl underneath and get a real good look. Been tough with the snow lol. Ive got a 93 f250 diesel here but i dont want to tear it up hauling my goosneck to move bales. Only reason i was thinking on the 1 ton

 

so i would thats a really cool truck but the only thing i could see that would be a turn off for that is really only rust
