Default 1987 Ford F-250 tires

Hello fellow Ford enthusiasts, I am new to the forum and I am currently working on a 1987 Ford F-250 rebuild. The truck has a 7.5L 460 in it and currently sits on 33x12.5x16.5 inch tires. They are about 20 years old and dry rotted (one literally exploded in the driveway). I am seeking new tires but am running into some snags. It seems the only company out that still makes this size tire is Super Swamper. I am looking for ideas on tires to fit the 16.5 inch rim that are a minimum 33" and no bigger than 36". I am not opposed to switching to a different rim size but I don't know my 8 lug spacing. Ideas and information much appreciated.

Welcome to the site..

What rims are on the truck now?
Buying tires/rims certainly will be more cost over just new SS tires (unless take offs), more so if new/custom rims are in the mix. 37's are around, but 33/16.5 are tough. Had a hard time getting 16.5's for my van and went used. You know, some shop has four new BFG 33's sitting in a rack in the cool back room! Fresh?
